For the positives, it offers a whole lot more flexibility to working students or older adults. The students will be financially better off by taking these short classes because tuition will be lower which means that the university will be bringing in more students.
As for the negatives, some students believe that the accelerated classes won't be a fit to everyone.
I do believe that students who are young and still live at home would definitely benefit from taking these shorter classes to graduate faster. For the full time working adults, it might be a little tough because just like Sheffield Ashton said, "Condensing everything into half of that time would feel to crammed."
Although these class won't benefit everyone, it's a great option to have! It will help students in various ways but to each its own!
